If they used the registrar mailing list properly and provided proper email contact points I'd be a lot happier.
Who in their right mind uses info@ as their main point of contact? Who in their right mind takes an entire registry offline during office hours for maintenance / upgrades? Why on earth don't they have a grace period of some kind? Why are registrants suffering due to their ineptitude? Regards Michele

I already raised a couple of these points on the registrar mailing list months and months ago. They said they were going to look into it, but nothing more happened I also fail to understand why they can't publish domain expiry / renewal dates in whois. It causes issues for registrants, but wouldn't compromise privacy Michele |
